How It Works

During onboarding or early in the voyage, Cruise Butler asks guests a few preference questions — music, comedy, theatre, kids' activities, fitness classes. From that point on, the butler proactively surfaces relevant events with enough lead time for guests to plan or reserve. Reminders fire 30 minutes before showtime.
